Kinley has been a big part of our story for the last five years, here in Maumelle. She's been in the student ministry, a neighbor, a babysitter, and a family friend. I've watched her grow so much in these years, and it's hard to believe that she's now well into her senior year.
She requested a downtown Little Rock session, and the weather was just amazing — funny on a day like today! Her mom and sister tagged along and were kind enough to watch my two littles and even let them play at the park for a bit. One of my favorite things about senior sessions is how they so easily lend themselves to expressing your personality and what makes you, you. There's no complicated coordinating among far-flung family members. You just get to make yourself shine in whatever what suits YOU! I loved the fun outfits she picked out and how perfectly they fit her!
One thing I have always loved about Kinley is her integrity. It's not all that frequently you meet teenagers with such strong conviction, undeterred by a quickly changing culture. But she always has been, and it's such a cool thing to watch. I am beyond proud of her! I can't wait to see what the rest of her year holds and who she will continue to become!
